Happy Valley Season 3: Sally Wainwright is one of the best television writers ever, full stop, Sarah Lancashire has one of the best faces that has ever been on TV, and subtitles have never been more necessary for a show ostensibly in English.
Witch: A BBC podcast from the same host (“presenter”) as 28ish Days Later, another gem, and listen even if you don’t think you like witches etc etc this show touches on so many interesting ideas in history, culture, medicine and on and on. For the witch in all of us.
